This Inframat is so much better than BioMat I got few years ago on amazon. The controls are not as good as they are on Biomat, but still the power is there, and I like it for relatively simplistic style. It’s such a small price you pay for the amount of use over the years. I’m 50 and I wake up with no stiffness in sight. That’s incredible. If you are hesitating between Bimat and this Inframat I’d say buy this one, it’s an investment in yourself.

I use this Inframat as soon as it gets colder – I just put it on my bed and lie on it. I use it every night and it’s very relaxing, it always puts me to sleep no matter how active I feel. I bought it originally to put on top of my massage table so the heat penetrates quicker during massage, but the mat is just as good on its own. I often use it instead of 40-80 min massage session! I’m not a great fan of the material, it feels rough on the skin, but as long as I put a towel or blanket on top I can live with it. I love using it at night as I sleep on it. I recommend using it in bed,Micah give it a try…
