Really great device for what it is. I take it with me to work every day and put my feet on it while I sit at my desk to help the stiffness in my ankles. This mat is great because the crushed gemstones make it so flexible. I can sit on it or step on it, but I can also wrap it all the way around my wrist or leg. I can use it in my bed or throw it in my chair. It’s great and I am happy with my purchase
